AOK strives to make its websites and mobile applications accessible to all users in accordance with the German Directive on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications BITV 2.0 and the German Disability Equality Act (BGG). Up to now, it has not been possible to provide this web offer on a fully e-accessible basis. Work is being done to improve e-accessibility. We ask for some patience, as some of the programming still has to be done.
